Born from resilience and community spirit in the wake of the 2023 Lahaina wildfires, Taha is a powerful collaboration between two Maui-based companies — Haleakava and Pauwela Beverage Co.

Haleakava, Kihei’s most beloved Kava Bar, has long been known for serving traditional kava in a welcoming, cultural setting. After the tragic loss of their Lahaina location, Haleakava joined forces with Pauwela Beverage Co, inspired by a shared vision: to create a sparkling kava beverage that honors tradition while offering something refreshingly new.
